At Lattafa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the nature of our beauty products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, any product that has been sprayed or had its original seal broken cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the unopened product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original luxury box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original, sealed condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
